Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

LocaleClean Inc requires at least 48 hours’ notice for any Service cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellation and rescheduling fees are non-refundable. While we understand that emergencies or obligations may arise, missing a scheduled Service without proper notice may prevent another customer from receiving the Service.

LocaleClean Inc reserves the right to process cancellation and rescheduling fees as follows:

  • Any appointment not canceled at least 48 hours in advance will result in a 100% charge of the agreed service rate. This includes skipped, missed, no-show, or locked-out appointments.
  • Any appointment not rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.
  • If an appointment is rescheduled without 48 hours’ advance notice and then later canceled, a 100% cancellation fee of the agreed service rate will apply, in addition to the $50 rescheduling fee.
  • Any Post-Construction, Post-Renovation, or Specialty Service appointments not canceled at least 48 hours in advance will incur a charge of 50% of the agreed service rate (quote).
  • For Post-Construction, Post-Renovation, or Specialty Service appointments rescheduled without 48 hours’ notice, a rescheduling fee of 25% of the agreed service rate (quote) will apply.
